iStorage Florence was always pleasant. The unit was clean when I went in to put my stuff there. It was all there for over 2 years and nothing went wrong. I would recommend them. more

Not secure. Cameras out. Gate left open 8/17/2013

My trailer had two attempts to break open the door. Major reason to store is to be secure. Manager did provide inside storage while cameras out. But a secure storage is required more

i have used this facility for years and have always loved it here and told family and friens which many have also used. i ddo not like the new due date on 1st. and the no acccess on 2nd. many people live from month to month and hard to get this on these dates. more

Very happy with the service! 8/14/2013

I have an RV with iStorage in Florence and they take care of it for me. They let me know if anything happens with it and it's easy to get in and get out. It's very secure and I'm very happy with their service. I'm going to continue my service with them when I take out my RV for the fall and put in my boat. Sterling Morris more

Quick and efficient service when I really needed it. 8/14/2013

I only used iStorage of Florence one time, but it was a good experience. I needed something right away when I was moving here from out of state. I was in a hurry, and they just took control to get me right in a unit. It didn't take them more than ten minutes. more

Nice place 8/12/2013

Customer service is very good. The units are clean and secure and security cameras are everywhere. Well maintained, no bugs or pests. Climate controlled units are very nice with independent lighting in each unit and stays very cool in summer, which is great on these hot days. Good gate hours also. Open late into the night. I live out of state and will definitely trust this facility with my belongings. more
