Brandon Premier Self Storage called me immediately after it was confirmed that I wanted a unit. They called to verify that they had the size I needed and wanted. So I went in the next day to sit down with the guy. They already had everything prepared, there was hardly any waiting. They took me to the space to show it to me. The whole place was very clean, from the office to the unit, which really impressed me. It shows a lot about your business. They offered help every step of the way, showed me how to get in and get out, and compared prices to everyone else which was great. more

Excellent, thoughtful and helpful service 10/31/2013

My experience with Brandon Premier Self Storage was great. It was my first time using them. The employee who assisted me was so nice and helpful. He really took the time to help me and give me the best unit that they had. I hate moving, but the level of service they provided made it a better experience. more

Great service 10/28/2013

Great service and fair price. Can't remember the gentleman's name but he had great customer service and was knowledgeable about what size unit we would probably need. Second gentleman, again don't know name but he could use a chill pill. Maybe he was wishing his vacation had been longer. It was his first/second day back. Probably fine any other day. more

I really like the easy access offered at Brandon Premier Self Storage. I also found their sales representative to be extremely courteous when I first walked in. He was really flexible when it came to giving me different ideas of what would work for me. more

Flawless, and excellent 8/15/2013

I used Brandon Premier Self Storage for about 3 months. I own a vending machine company and we stored the vending machines there. They're great but the only reason I left them was because they didn't have power within the units to plug in my machines. Other than that, they're absolutely amazing. They're willing to help you, there's easy access to the units, and they have a big driving area so you don't get boxed in. If you're unhappy with your unit, they will move you to another unit free of charge. Anthony Scharrer more

Brandon Premier Self Storage is definitely helpful and they work with people. It was the first time I had ever gone to a storage unit and it wasn't a bad experience. Some of the fees and prices are b.s. He offered me a bigger unit even though I only had five things going in the unit so I got charged a lot for a unit I didn't really need but the experience wasn't horrible. more

I used Brandon Premier Self Storage when I needed to store some of my things for just a few days. They don't have any kind of small lease term, but they worked with me and gave me a prorated amount so it wasn't as expensive as I expected. That was a great thing for me, as I didn't have too much money to work with while moving into a new place. I also liked their flexibility; I didn't have to work around a set time frame. more
