Exceptional customer service and worth every penny! 3/4/2009

I highly disagree with the first reviewer (1 star). I've been going to Issaquah Trophy for years, and have always received excellent customer service, selection and value. Last year I ordered t-ball trophies for my daughter's team and I accidentally misspelled one of the player's names. The staff at Issaquah Trophy fixed MY MISTAKE on the spot at no extra charge! My business has also ordered corporate awards from them several times, and the staff has patiently helped me choose the perfect award for my event. Pros: Great customer service, excellent selection, easy to order, fast turn-around time Cons: Not open weekends more

Great Customer Service! 1/7/2009

These guys make it so easy to organize and order all those team awards. I've ordered soccer team awards from them for years and it is so simple to order online and it is fun to go to the store to see and touch all the different awards they offer. They always do a great job with the awards and their customer service is excellent. Pros: Easy Ordering more

Overpriced Awards 11/26/2008

I would not recommend going here if you have any award needs. They are overpriced compared to what you can find on the internet (even adding in shipping). They dont price match and they say you pay for the service, hmmm I would rather pay for a better product that actually fit together (ie the column trophy the column is scratched and the rings don't fit) Pros: Good Variety Cons: EXPENSIVE more
