Terrible Experience 10/21/2009

I parked at the Issaquah Floral shop, and the manager had my car towed because I was ""parked illegally"". I went accross the street to pick up lunch and was going to stop in the floral shop on my way back to my car but my car was GONE. Needless to say I had to pay $250 to get my car back. I went to talk with the manager and explain the situation to him. He was rude, unsympathetic and completely condescending. I will never be shopping there. Pros: no pros Cons: horrible management more

Cascade Florist 6/9/2009

Found out this business operates under the names of many different shops, in actual fact there are only two shops. After one disaster I ordered from what I thought was another shop only to find it was the same person,.The flowers are uninspiring and poor quality, the value for money is terrible and the arrangements ugly. Would never order from Cascade, Issaquah Plateau,Kent , Fall City and Sammamish and Renton. Be careful when you order. You are not getting what you think from whom you think. Every Color Rose Imaginable 6/25/2008

I thought they were exaggerating when they told me they could do all different colors in my rose bouquet. My girlfriend was overwhelmed when she got the fantastic bouquet with TWELVE different colors delivered to our table at the restaurant (yes, they did charge me extra for a night-time delivery but it was worth it). Pros: Roses were big and beautiful. Cons: Charged extra fee cuz i wanted delivered between 830pm and 9pm more

Find a different florist 2/14/2006

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day a Dozen Red Roses and a Happy Face Mug from my Son. What I received was Dozen Purple Rose and White Daisies no happy face mug. When I talked to the owner he did not really care. It was Valentines Day and he was happy it was over. I hate to say it, but you should be on for Valentines Day. Recommendations find a different florist. more
