Booked the room on their website $167. It stated when we checked in they will charge another $50 for deposit which is refundable. We requested smoking room w/view-got a non smoking room with crappy view and the room was adjoined to another. There was used soap in shower, rooms interior is hidious! The next morning we find out when our checking acct is overdrafted that they charged an additional $195. We went to the front desk clerk, she gave multiple stories. Basically told that even though they already froze $167 and $50 that it didn't go through? So they charged without permission another $195.00. Every clerk all the way to the manager was rude. They acted as if "we" were overreacting. They made up one story after another to protect an employee that did the charge. We had to force our bank to release the hold for the $195.
