I will always use them 10/25/2010

I'm usually one of those people that don't take the time to write a good review, but I have been using this vet clinic for years now and absolutely love them. I have recommended both family members and friends to use them also and everyone I have sent has gotten the best care and have had nothing but great things to say about them. The doctors are wonderful and so is the staff. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fantastic vet. more

Very Warm and Caring 11/18/2008

Dr. Molina and the staff at Islands Animal Clinic are very caring people. They are animal lovers in the truest meaning. Dr. Molina took a holistic approach to caring for my rabbit who was suffering from a back problem that caused her to be unable to hop or get around on her own. She really understands and takes her time with your pet to ensure she is giving the best treatment. more

Quality Care! 11/9/2008

I enjoyed the personnel and the vet at Islands Animal clinic. They were very caring and understood what I was going through since I had to put one of my beloved dogs down. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. more

Very Impressed 11/3/2008

I don't know what that other person was talking about who gave this place a bad review. This was a great experience for me. I had taken my cat Tinker to a different vet for her spay and declaw several months ago, she got a horrible infection from the declaw and they never sent me home with antibiotics. A friend recommended Dr. Retford at Islands and he was great, very compassionate, as was his staff. I thought they were extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others. And yes, they fixed Tinker, she is as good as new and very spoiled. Pros: This is a great place with wonderful staff and caring doctors Cons: Probable the only con is that they are not open on saturdays more

ISLANDS ANIMAL CLINIC COMPASSIONATE AND CARING 11/2/2008

I am a first time pet owner and was searching for a new vet after being referred to Islands Animal Clinic I know why there clients have been going there for so long. I walked in and was greeted by the front desk with a hello and one of the other doctors who I didn't see was walking by and said hello and was very welcoming. I had a lot of questions that they answered for me. After I left I was very happy with the whole environment and the staff. Since then I have been back and I have called them many times with all of my questions. I was very pleased with them and will be returning to Islands as long as I am a pet owner and I will refer anyone I know there. If your looking for a great lovable place to take care of your furry babies go to Islands Pros: EVERYTHING Cons: COULDN'T FIND ONE more

very unprofessional and sloppy 10/21/2008

The staff is terrible! Everyone scatters around like headless chickens. The Doctors don't seem compassionate toward the pets. The main receptionist is very rude. She sat up front eating as i was trying to schedule my pets next appointment. Her work attire is also very unprofessional! Jeans and a scrub top? I sure hope the Doctors change things around there. Even then, I will never bring my pet back. Pros: techs were polite Cons: doctors need to control their staff more
