No customer service, they will charge your card when there is a storm warning. They will miss areas on purpose so you come in again and charge you FULL PRICE. When you come in you have to sit and wait for half an hour but if you do not show up on time they will charge you. The place is so not customer friendly. No manager on duty. One room with one man show. They use a very low intensity so there is no results and you have to keep coming. They lock you in with packages upfront and then do not give you normal appointments. more

Let me start by saying that I have never written a review before but after my incredible results I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am. I'm a male in my early 40's and in pretty good shape. I have a belly bulge and sides that I cannot get rid of with exercise or diet ( and I eat very healthy). To make a long story short, I went for a consultation for Smartlipo and was very impressed with Dr. Wertheim and his surgical staff. I did have to wait 3 months for my procedure because he is soooooo booked BUT it was worth the wait and every penny. I have a completely flat stomach and no more sides! I have since referred all my friends and co-workers! Pros: Dr W, surgical team, staff, everything Cons: had to wait 3 months for Smartlipo but VERY worth the wait! more

I have been researching Smartlipo for some time now and I've gone on a few consultations. I was not price shopping. I wanted a doctor and a facilty I felt very comfortable with. The place is gorgeous, super clean and very modern. I first met with their surgical coordinator who spent about 45 min. with me explaining the procedure, showed me a lot of before and after photos, even gave me a tour of the place. Dr Wayne soon after examined me and made me feel so at ease. I booked my surgery but told them that I don't have a ride to and from and to my surprise their (wonderful) surgical coordinator drove me, they exceeded my expactations. It's now been 2 months since my procedure and I cannot believe how amazing the results are. I can now fit into my skinny jeans! I cannot stop telling everyone about this fantastic place. Pros: doctor and staff! Cons: I wish they had a place in the city, but it's totally worth the trip! more

I first saw a commercial on Dr. 90210 about Advanced Laser. To make a long story short, I made an appointment, met with the surgical coordinator who explained everything so thoroughly to me then I met Dr. Wertheim. I was very impressed. I immediately scheduled my appointment for Smartlipo but I did have to wait 2 months because he's so booked but it was so worth it! It's only been a week and I now have a completely flat stomach and skinny thighs again. I am beyond pleased with my results, now my husband is scheduled to have Smartlipo done too! Pros: beautiful facility Cons: had to wait 2 months for Smartlipo BUT VERY WORTH THE WAIT! more

I live in the city but I liked their website and how kind and professional they were on the phone when I called. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable treatment consultant. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She wasn't pushy like some other medical spas are known for, in fact she told me not to make any decisions right away but to think about all that we discussed and to call if I had any other questions. I was very impressed. Before I even came home I knew this was the place for me. When I came in for my treatment, the fron desk already knew my name, offered me delicious flavored coffee and I felt like a VIP and not just a chart to them. The estheticians are very knowledgable, they have over 7 different lasers from IPL to laser hair removal to laser peels to Smartlipo. The doctor who I now see as well, is amazing. He spends so much time with me, I never feel rushed and he has a great touch. This is like a medical spa in the city but without the attitude. more
