I went into Island Mail & More one day to have seven documents scanned into PDF files for emailing. The documents had been important as I had to email them to my new landlord in Tampa. The woman at Island Mail & More had charged me $26.50 for the work which would have taken me less than three minutes to do if I had had my computer scanner with me at the condo! It took her 10 minutes and five of the documents she scanned showed upside down when opened! when I got home I noticed it, butI couldn't save the file after inverting it so I went back to the store, told her the problem and she had the nerve to tell me she wouldn't charge me to re-do the file and also said all the recipient had to do was invert the file to view it! I felt for $26 dollars the recipient shouldn't have to invert anything! My best advice to you who are reading this is to go somewhere else because the woman at that store has only cared about making money. Good customer service or customer satisfaction doesn't seem to register in her mind! I had to put up with her crap to get the work done right while being overcharged (my opinion) besides! Never again! Forget her!
