In February 2007 I spent $4000.00 for a table and china cabinet. The table was delivered with a cracked tabletop and numerous scratches (delivery men agreed and wrote damaged will deliver new tabletop on purchase order). It is now October and they still have not replaced my table. They have given me numerous delivery dates, but always call about 20 min. before delivery to cancel. I finally went to the store and asked the sales girl to pull out my purchase order.To my surprise- WRITTEN ACROSS THE TOP OF the purchase order was PAIN IN THE A - - !!! KEEP PUTTING HER OFF!!! This was written by the salesperson KATHY who sold me my table from the Patchouge store. I was appalled- I waited 9 years to buy a new dining room set. Now I am out $4000.00 and have a table with a split down the middle. So everytime I called about my table K ATHY made up delivery dates knowing she was never ordering a new table to replace the damaged merchandise that I had already paid for. She stringed me along for 8 months. Buyer Beware!!
