Dr. Isaacson has been my family's doctor since our first child was born. He is very experienced and never treats the patient as if he is superior to them because of being a doctor (that is a rare find!).
My children all feel very comfortable with him. He always takes time to listen to my questions and concerns without making me feel like I am tying up his time.
He isn't a "pill pusher" as I call some physicians where you always leave their offices with a prescription for something. He diagnoses the problem or refers you to a specialist.
The only problem I could see is that because he is so excellent at his trade he can be hard to see sometimes.
