I hired Isaac to install my air conditioning unit in my home. They let me choose which unit I wanted and explained which would be most efficient in for my home size. The employees were friendly and most of all knowledgable, the price is steep, but i believe that you get what you pay for. more

Before working for them I was a very happy customer, they installed our furnace and worked on our appliances and each visit to our home was professional. The technicians are clean, neat and well organized and they took the effort to make sure they left no mess behind. Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning is the best! more

can't trust them 8/2/2007

I had a lifetime service contract with Isaac and they would NOT honor the contract. Can't trust anything that Isaac tries to sell you.\r poor customer service, my furnace was a lemon, always got a different service guy. VERY unsatisfied - don't go there more

Service was ok, price was conparable for new AC 11/29/2005

The sales man that came out to my house didn't explain much of anything to me. He just told me what would they would do. I had another guy come out later why explained much more to me. Isaac's prices were very similar to everyone else. It is competitive, so I wouldn't believe others comments. They use Rheem products. You can find someone cheaper who will install a unit that will break down in a year or two. more

Very High Prices 7/12/2005

This company offers great service but at very costly prices. They are there when they say they'll be and they have and show great knowledge and great service and understanding.. But is great service really worth paying a tons of money out of pocket that could end up making you broke? You decide. more
