Rochester friends: Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning really understands customer service. Our furnace died, they were here at 5:30pm, full of info and great advice. They can't get the part until tomorrow morning, because the supplier is closed, and they even offered to bring by space heaters so we wouldn't be too uncomfortable. And it's all free because I bought the Gold Seal service 3 years ago... even just tonight's call more than doubled what I paid for it, with parts & labor. Thumbs up! Hope YOUR furnace doesn't go out on this very cold night, but that's who I'd call if it does. more
