Years and Years 7/31/2011

I've purchased 4 bikes from Seaver, and in that same time frame bikes from other locations (so you cannot say I'm sigularly loyal). Experience with Seaver goes back about 27 years. The service staff is first rate, parts department will work with you and even help with hard installs (helmet comm systems). I highly recommend them as one of the best BMW dealerships on the left coast. A large part of the staff has been there 20 years or more and that says something about loyalty, family and cooperation. more

Excellent service 11/2/2010

We are travelling through the States from Canada and were thinking of buying a GPS on our way for the rest of our trip. We were counselled by Dave Townsend and cannot say enough good things about his customer service skills. We are sorry we did not buy anything at that store in the end, but would have left comfortable trusting our 2 GS with Dave and the rest of the staff. more

Great Service at Irv Seaver BMW 2/28/2009

I've been doing business now with Irv Seaver for 5 years. They do a great job providing my service needs many times on the spot!, with no waiting. The parts and apparel depts. have more variety (and it's IN STOCK) than the other SoCal dealers. Always friendly, good coffee, and a knowledgeable staff that's hard to beat! Purchased my '07 RT from there and have no problem sending other customers their way. Pros: Great central location, good inventory,very helpful knowledgeable staff. Cons: None. more

Irv Seaver is the worst! 2/15/2008

I have purchase 3 different bikes from Even and he can't remember my name (wtf). I you're looking for a great deal on a BMW with customer service that is great - try Malcom Smith in Riverside (remember Malcom, the motorcycle racer from the 70's). more

BMW = HEAVEN 6/2/2002

After going in and out of this shop on many a Saturday, I finally plunked down the cash for a new BMW from these guys. Great selection of bikes, everything is always in stock, great vintage bikes, Vanson & First Gear apparel, very knowledgeable staff and a great service department Pros: Selection, Service Department, Customer Service Cons: Too far from my home, BMW's are so $$$$, Can't buy all of 'em more
