Great Company 3/27/2018

I was very pleased with the service I received from IRV during the replacement of my hot water heater. The work required several trips to which no one complained about, they were committed to getting the job done. The staff/receptionist was very courteous and professional. I will definitely keep the company in my repair files. Thanks again !!!!!! more

Repaired leaking shower cartridge. 10/2/2014

Emmett is a very professional tech. He reviewed and surveyed the problem prior to starting. Also, he verified that the work was covered by my insurance. His work was efficient and he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone. more

Plumbing 8/4/2014

Leon came to fix our garbage disposal and did a great job. He was on time and very courteous. He offered a few different options and took time to explain everything to me. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend him. more

Very professional 3/6/2014

Kim was the lady in the office that I dealt with during my tankless water heater install. She handled my permits, my inspection, and handled my warranty information. She actually respected me as customer. As a buisness owner, I would love to have her as part of my office staff. I am super impressed by her. more

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE 3/6/2014

I was very impressed with Kim at IRV, Bryan was wonderful. I feel both of them truly wanted to correct my plumbing problem. There was a issue with my appointment time and Kim was fast to correct it. I will always use IRV for all my plumbing and electrical needs. Nancy B more

Very Pleased with IRV Plumbing! 2/22/2014

I had IRV Plumbing install additional natural gas lines at my home (one for conversion of our electic kitchen range to gas, one for an outdoor grill and a third for an outdoor fire pit). Robert and his team were very professional and did a great job. Robert took the time to evaluate the gas flow needs for all of the additional appliances to properly calculate the necessary line sizes. He also spent the time to personally contact the county inspection office in my area to find out in advance if they had any special requirements when obtaining the permit for the work. My outdoor fire pit required a fair amount of custom fabrication work and Robert performed some additional research before designing a really nice solution (including the installation of proper grounding in the event of a lightning strike). Once all of the new gas lines were in, Robert and his team performed a minimum of a 24 hour pressure test to verify there were absolutely no leaks for the safest possible installation. I will definitely continue to use IRV Plumbing in the future and have already recommended them to my friends. more

Tankless Water Heater 2/7/2014

Robert with IRV Plumbing installed Tankless Water Heater in my house. Very happy with the install. Office staff was extremely helpful. My old water heater busted Sunday night. I called them next morning and did the install same day. Great performance, thanks. more
