Was searching for a specific part for a broken furnace and looking for some general information about it. During a discussion with one of the staff members, the store manager told the other staff member to help a customer who just walked in over me, even though I was already in the middle of a discussion. Apparently, since I was not an expert or professional, I was not given the time of day and instead was discarded in a very rude manner. I understand if you don't want to sell harmful parts to someone with little experience but to not even take the time to explain what part is needed or provide general information about it is a little ridiculous. To have the manager tell his staff to stop talking to me (when we were in the middle of something) and instead help someone else because they look like they know what they are doing is just wrong. Lots of IRR locations out there, hopefully this is just the bad apple in the bunch.
