Scott, Abby, Corey, not helpful. Nasty, don't listen. Faxed documentation doesn't matter. I have reported them and this agency to the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office. No one at I.R.R. seems to know who's in charge. Cannot or won't provide information to settle a dispute. I believe in Karma and you know what happens! Pros: None! Cons: Nasty, rude, unprofessional more

To get information from anyone at this office is very difficult. You are place on hold for long periods of time or even hung up on. When I asked the employee ""Scott"" about my case he wouldn't or couldn't answer me and told me to sit tight and I said that is not an answer and then spoke under his breath and said he wouldn't transfer my call to the manager.Then I called again and they said she wasn't in. So, right there one of the employees were lying to me. more
