Ironwood was assigned by DirecTV to install my service. The tech, who smelled badly and spoke garbled broken English, spent two minutes in the backyard, announced he would not be able to do the job and left. I called the office and was told that the company would stand by their tech. I called DirecTV, and they told me I could get a second opinion, but that it would have to come from another tech from Ironwood. Naturally I declined. I eventually was able to get another company to install the service. They did so in less than an hour and told me the tech from Ironwood must have been lazy.
