Closed early 6/22/2014

I went to this store on Monday at around 5:20 because I had checked online and they listed their hours until 5:30, but they were already closed and the place was dark. I really needed to pick up a gift and at that point I was very frustrated and disappointed and I found the fact that they closed early very rude more

A little more attention 2/3/2013

I have dropped into this store a few times over the last couple months and each time I struggled to get service because the owner is busy talking to friends for extended periods of time. My wife and I try to support local small businesses whenever possible, but it needs to be a two street where we get personalized attention in return. At this point we have no plans to go back to this shop. more

I walked into this shop and was very interested in a couple of items but I could not get any service. The women working was constantly talking on her cell phone so eventually I just left and bought a few things at a store further down the street more

Customer Service PLEASE!!! I have visited this store a couple of times recently and left both times without even being helped. The woman managing the store was obviously more interested in chatting with her friends instead of helping her customers. more

Keep your elbows close to your body at all times 3/10/2006

This little Irish boutique in downtown Naperville has a great selection of gift items, collectible glassware and porcelain, and a surprising assortment of Irish foodstuffs. The main catch here is that the store is SMALL, so watch out for flying elbows. And please, don't bring your kids in here, for the sake of the nerves of the lady behind the counter. I was nervous enough with my husband walking around this store. more

Irish Way 2/28/2006

This little Irish shop carries everything Irish, from foodstuffs to Waterford crystal. There's a lot packed into this store, so it's not the best place to bring your child unless you're prepared to pay for broken crystal. The lady behind the counter was very friendly to my wife and I, and it seems that she'd be willing to special-order something for us if we were interested. I don' think there's a high turnover in merchandise here, but it's really fun to look. more
