I was referred by a coworker a year ago for cut and color with Irina. I don't like to do my hair in the morning and don't have time to style it as I am constantly on the go, however as a business professional I must always look presentable. Irina convinced me to do the CHI straightner, so that I would literally wash it and go... Let me tell you it was the best thing I could have ever done! I love that all her products are organic and that she would never do anything that would damage my hair. To say the least I schedule an appointment about every month to keep up with my roots and color. I recommend her to everyone! more

I found Irina through a recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be happier. It was my wedding and I was running on two hours of sleep I was sure my bags under my eyes would show but Irina made me look like a superstar and not one person noticed. The pictures were amazing. My hair surpassed my expectations I looked and felt like a princess. My husbands reaction when he saw me was priceless and I owe it to Irina. She definitely works well under pressure, not only did I look great my bridesmaids and flower girl did too. I've never looked so beautiful, thank you Irina you are not only my lifesaver but the best hairdresser I've ever had. more

I've been going to Irina for more than ten years. It's amazing what she has done for my hair and for my appearance. Not a day goes by that someone doesn't compliment my hair. I trust her so much that I let her do whatever she wants, therefore, we change my styles with the seasons, my hair color always looks natural and so healthy! Best hair stylist in Miami!!! 8/12/2011

After going to so many fancy and expensive salons, I finally found an honest and talented professional to make my hair look great. The first time I went to Irina Salon I was hopeless as my hair was all stained due to a series of mistakes by former hair stylists. Irina not only fixed the color but also treated it and gave me tips of how to maintain it in a healthy way. She only uses gentle, sulphate-free, hair products that don't harm the hair. I don't live close to her salon, but going there is worth it each and every mile I drive. I'm extremely picky and difficult to be impressed as far is my hair is concerned, but I sincerely recommend Irina Salon. more

I havent had my hair cut in about 8 months because the last time i had someone cut it they almost left me crying! I have to say that all the reviews on here are 100% accurate!\r \r Irina was so nice and sweet, she did such a great job on my hair cut and really paid attention to what I wanted and took her time to do what i asked for. \r \r My hair looked super good after and everyone has been asking me who cut my hair! \r \r I am excited to go back and have her do my makeup one of these days for a special event or party, when i was waiting she was doing a girl who was going to a formal, wow she looked awesome!\r \r So if you need any great services Irina Salon is the place to go! more

Irina is a sweetheart very professional and knows her stuff. I am extremely fortunate to see her grow professionally in her own salon, doing what she loves the most.   As a male client, I do not need as much attention as some of her female or other clients; however Irina keeps me up to date on my stylish haircut. Irina always recommends great products to use for my hair and is always fashion trendy.   I may not go as often as I would like, however the professionalism I receive from when I walk in that door Is unbeatable elsewhere. Irina is a miracle worker! 4/4/2011

Irina literally saved my hair, my sanity and my vacation. After I had left another salon crying from a total colouring disaster, I did make an effort again to find Irina. \r Irina did an extremely good job on my hair a year ago when she was working in Coconut Grove. She wasn't there anymore, so I went to another salon. \r Now I found her in her own salon! I don't live in the US and was leaving 2 days later, but she was able to sqeeze me in early the next morning.\r I don't know, how she did it, but I came in a big mess (with white/blue/yellow hair) and I left looking great. My daughter and I had a great vacation day in Miami after that. Thank Irina and I will be back hopefully soon!\r Susi from Aruba more

BEST HAIRCUT EVER! 3/22/2011

I had my haircut done by Irina 2 weeks ago and I am SO HAPPY to have found my new hairstylist for life!! Irina did an amazing job, best haircut ever. \r I have pretty long hair because of two reasons:\r 1. Love long hair\r 2. I was scared to get it cut because my last experience at another hairdresser was not good! \r Irina not only cut my hair to a healthy great looking style, but also made sure to correct prior mistakes. \r Her location is ideal on South Beach directly on Alton Rd. you can park on the street without paying (no meters). She and her staff will treat you like a queen, offer you free drinks. \r The salon itself is spacious with a lot of day light with windows towards Alton Rd. and is very clean. \r On top of excellent service you can expect excellent prices, especially for South Beach! \r I can't wait to go back to get my highlights and for the summer the Keratin treatment. :-) more

Where all the Cool Kids Go! 2/24/2011

I would have to say that the environment itself is very welcoming. Very Friendly and great place to get your make over. I came in to have a strengthening treatment done to my hair, and let me tell you. it came out amazing. Im so thrilled and satisfied with the job that was done, that even my boyfriend was like Dayum. I will definitely be a regular customer to her salon, as my overall experience there was great. I highly recommend Her, Im so telling all my friends. more

Best colorist in Miami 2/17/2011

After watching the Tabatha Salon Takeover episode on Allure Salon (which featured the very talented Irina) I was curious to know if perhaps she could help me with a minor makeover...I called Irina Salon and made an appointment with Irina...well let me tell you; Irina definitely delivered. She gave me the best color I have ever had along with a beautiful make-up to compliment the color and style(wow she's also a make-up artist) I've never been happier. I found my new hairdresser/make-up.artist. I definitely recommend Irina. more
