Excellent job! 2/27/2013

My home sold in about 6 weeks, but it was not easy. The buyer countered far below the listing price and when you are in another state it makes it difficult to negotiate, therefore I had to put my faith and trust in Irene Williams - Realtor. I was amazed... they had negotiated a sales price far above what I thought was possible and the buyer agreed. Thank you for all you did! more

I recently purchased my 1st home with the help of Irene Williams - Realtor. I met that man a few years ago when I was looking for a town home and we kept in touch so when I was ready to purchase a single family home he was the first person I contacted. He was wonderful to work with. He paid close attention to my likes and dislikes. Working with him was like working with a friend she made the process smooth and easy and now I am living happily in my new home. Thank you!!!!! more
