This place is good for utsw students, but management is bad and also last year somone is killed ...manager shouts at people... she is rude ... try to keep this apartment as a last...

Do not rent here 7/23/2009

This apt complex is new but it is very noisy due to very closed to Love Field Airport and the fire alarm can go off at any hour. Mangement is terrible, unfriendly, rude and slow to respond to problems. We had to wait for more than 92 hours to have a leaky pipe repaired. The gate is not working 90% of the time, locking us out of the complex at times. Be sure not to rent from this complex. more

Inwood on the Park 11/15/2005

I went here to look for an apartment. The people here were nice. The office was really clean and the parking was great. The only problem is their apartments were too much out of my price range for a two bedroom. Their customer service was excelllent and I wouldn't mind renting from them, if their prices go down a bit. more

If you are going to be a student at Southwestern Medical School, live here. The building is literally right across the street. These apartments are barely two years old, spacious, and have amenities such as pools, fitness center, business center, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and alarms systems and maid services are available on request. The staff is extremely friendly and if anything goes wrong, it gets fixed right away. They have many different floor plans to choose from, and it's also minutes from Uptown and the West Village. more
