I had a great experience. Customer service is great. The moving guys called me before they came and they showed up when they said they would. I was very impressed with their efficiency and quick thinking. The pricing was reasonable which is good because I don't like surprises. The moving guys were polite and respectful which I appreciate. We used Invoke Moving for a move last weekend and they did a great job. The guys were super nice and personable. They took their time and wrapped the items in bubble wrap and pads and not a single item had so much as a scratch. Worst moving company ever dealt with! ! They banged every wall in the house, broke and dented my furniture. . Spoke with manager Mike who was rude as $@!#% and consistently incited my husband. RESPONSE FROM Invoke Moving, Inc.: Sorry you were not satisfied with your move. Impossible customer to deal with, just wants to argue. Claim form has been sent to email with details on how to file claim. You signed liability waiver releasing us from liability for damages by denying our shrink wrap protection services (see contract). This is a risk customer takes when not allowing us to perform our services correctly. We cannot force customers to allow us to wrap all items, so require a release of liability in the event damages occur. Claims process is regulated by TxDMV, and needs to be followed as outlined in moving contract more

I used Invoke this morning. C.J. and Zach were awesome. Not one thing got damaged or scratched. They moved my office into an upstairs location and did it with ease. They moved solid would executive furniture and completed the job with complete professionalism. So glad I found them and will be using them again. I have had a bad experience in the past, but they renewed my faith in moving companies!!!! more

The customer service of one of their female representatives over the phone was good I have no complaints. However, what was discussed was not what the movers Jonathan and his one associate performed. They did call when in route but moved very slow, disorganized and had attitudes getting paid to move my household things. This is your job Jonathan you don't like it find somewhere else to work! The movers came with a truck to small and should've been prepared with the right size truck for the move like discussed. When informing the manager of the problems he tried to direct me back to the mover in charge on the site; No, idiot your the manager and should handle complaints like you know how to do business. I would never use your services again or recommend your company to any of my colleagues. Not a good moving company or just maybe get rid of some of your employees with bad customer service. RESPONSE FROM Invoke Moving, Inc.: We use 24-26ft moving trucks on all of our moves. The crew stacked truck accordingly to request of customers family to work as quick as possible and load specific items. Upon customer arriving, she decided more items were suppose to be included on load. At this point, we had no option but to take the items off and rearrange packing of truck or go ahead and deliver load and return to move remainder of items. We work at direction and supervision of customer. We highly suggest one person to be in supervising role in order to reduce potential of communication breakdown. more

Invoke moved us in July from Aledo, Tx to Abilene, Tx. This was the best moving company we have ever hired. We move often due to husbands company. The guys were great!! Professional, very curious, and polite. Will high recommend them. Don't ever hire Affordable Movers though. more

After our previous experience with Invoke Moving, we decided to use them again to move our stored goods down to Georgetown. They quoted us a flat rate and, happy to say, their service was as excellent as before. There were no surprises and they got things moved in and reassembled in no time at all. We were extremely impressed with the care they exercised when carrying large pieces of furniture into our newly constructed house. Happy to say that there were no dents or knicks anywhere.
