Great Salon and Spa 9/2/2009

I love coming to Indivia to be treated special in the many services they offer. Nicola and her staff are always warm and welcome me - even though they may not be the people with whom I have services through. I currently have manicures, pedicures, hair color and cuts (which all are great!) and look forward to the opening of their new Salon and Spa. Pros: Nicola and all her staff always make me feel special Cons: None that come to mind more

I read through all the reviews to date and I am in complete agreement with all fully positive experiences. The staff at Invidia - from the front desk , staff and Nicole, the owner - make Invidia a great business. When I need a color update, a cut, I am treated with respect, but more importantly, a smile and a laugh. They have become like family and outside their Boston Post Road location, I would never hesitate to give them a thumbs up/high five/hug for making people like myself feel better from the outside in-and the inside out! Boston is overrated - support local business! more

You have to visit this amazing salon.... I was blown away with the positive energy and atmosphere. My now new stylist Jenna is a sweetheart. She was so wonderful and made me feel so welcome. Great Color! 8/6/2009

My experience at Inivida salon was incredible. My stylist Ben was full of great ideas and was willing to listen to all the concerns I had about coloring my hair. I would recommend him to anyone! Especially to those looking for a fresh fashionable haircut and color. The front desk makes a mean espresso too! Pros: Free Coffee, Price, Quality more

nice salon but spa? 7/16/2009

I was led to believe that this hair salon was a top spa since it won number one day spa in the area and region many times. I stopped into purchase a gift certificate for a massage for my mother because it was voted # 1 Day Spa. I was disappointed and confused since this hair salon doesn't do massage or spa servies or how it can possibly advertise as a spa and this title of number one Day Spa if it is only a hair salon. When I went into purchase I asked about the spa services and was told that they are in the process of moving into a spa. They really put a lot of pressure on me to purchase anyway since they said they will be open soon. That was over the holidays 8 months ago. I am so glad I gave my mother this wonderful gift certificate that she can't use yet. Dazed and confused? Pros: Nice decor Cons: no spa services more

Nicole and her team provide outstanding service in a beautiful, welcoming environment. Our entire family has been with Nicole for over 13 years. The Invidia staff is highly skilled in all services, friendly, professional and fun. We not only have the best hair styles we have ever had, we enjoy every visit to the salon. Great full service salon in Sudbury 1/26/2009

I've been going to Invidia Salon for 2 years now and I am very pleased with the salon. Some of my favorite aspects of this salon include: appointments always begin within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, the bathroom and common areas are well designed and very clean, excellent drink offerings and a wide choice of magazines. My hair stylist is knowledgeable and listens attentively about what I want done or am hoping to accomplish. Overall, a well run, professional business. An outstanding experience every time! 1/19/2009

I have been going to Nicole for many years and was thrilled when she opened Invidia. After years of bouncing from hair dresser to hair dresser never being consistenly happy with anyone I found Nicole and would never stray! I have really hard to color gray and Nicole handles it like an artist. She finds the exact formula to not only cover the unwanted gray but that looks great on me. I always leave feeling wonderful with a fresh easy to manage haircut that is stylish and looks really healthy. The manicures and pedicures are the best around. That pedicure chair is so relaxing! The salon has a wonderful ambiance, the colors, and decor are soothing and cozy. The staff is relaxed and fun (no snobiness here) but professional. Being there feels like you are hanging out with your girlfriends, while being pampered! Nicole and her staff are all pros. I can't wait for the new spa to open! more

I have been a client of Nicole's for years. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Jen and Jasmine keeps things calm and running smoothly at the front desk. Ben gives the best shampoo I've ever had. My entire family comes here. Usually we all see Nicole, but Kate and Kendra also give good cuts and color. My hair always looks great and, most importantly, I can create the same look at home because what's the point of getting a great cut and color if it's some weird style you can't recreate at home? They have a wide variety of professional products, neatly displayed at the front of the salon. The space is soothing because of the golds, purples and browns selected for the decor and the waterfall separating the color room. I can't wait until they open their new salon - I'll be there all day! Just make sure you bring the cappuchino maker with the fabulously comfortable pedicure chair to the new place! What an exceptional place!. I truly enjoyed all the great amenities they offer from cappuccinos to wireless internet service. My appointment was complete satisfaction from the minute I walked in to the place and was greeted by the front desk staff, to the support staff, and the wonderful stylist, Lisa,. She catered to my every need and was very personable and professional. I don?t often write review, however I had to make an exception. A few of the great features of this business is the cleanliness and order. They made for a great atmosphere and experience. My hair also looks great and feels very healthy. I highly recommend Invidia to anyone who wants to get a great value and experience. You will not be disappointed. more

My experience at Invidia was fantastic and I Thank the reviewers here for not disappointing. I can confirm that this business is very special. I was really impressed with the facility and the staffs chemistry. I was also completely satisfied with my services, especially my color services. I originally found Invidia on Redken's website and was happy to see that they are one of only a handful of salons in MA to have actual color certified experts. I have specific needs and concerns when it comes to my hair and appearance, which makes me a bit more critical when it comes to assessing my hair service experiences. I can say with absolute confidence that you can expect a great experience at this salon. I will definitely return for future services and am happy to say that I have found a home for my beauty needs. The best Salon in Sudbury! 6/24/2008

Invidia was highly recommended to me by a good friend. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by genuinely warm and naturally friendly people. I have received services from three different people and all have shown the same high standard of knowledge and professionalism. I have visited both in the morning and late evening and each time the salon was very clean. The cappuccinos are as good, if not better, than my favorite Starbucks! Fabulous styling with pampering from beginning to end 6/2/2008

The salon itself is incredible and I am so happy to have it in my own backyard rather than making the trek to Boston. My stylist is so knowledgeable. Lisa Bengiovanni can make sense and style out of my very fine curly hair. Thank goodness for her! She is such a talent that I?ve followed her from salon to salon and I am certain we?ll both stay here for a long, long while! While these aspects are the reasons I keep going back to Invidia, they are not the reason for my writing this review. That reason is the salon?s receptionist, Jasmine. I recently called to book multiple appointments for several different treatments. Jasmine worked patiently with me over the phone communicating all the technical information about each hair process and guided me through the decision making process. She consulted with Lisa as needed and set everything up so efficiently and effortlessly that I hung up very grateful. When I returned home I picked up a voicemail from Jasmine. She had learned some new information and was able to improve my appointment schedule even more and called me with the results. She is incredible and a fantastic ?face? to this very special salon. wonderful salon 5/8/2008

I am writing today to express my complete satisfaction with the services I received at Invida. I have had 4 appointments for various services and each and every time I have been very happy with the results and the customer service I received. I would also say that the atmosphere and professionalism is amazing. I am in the service business as well, and I am very impressed with how the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I also would add that the salon is immaculate, very clean. At my first visit I asked if the salon had just opened, I was shocked to find out they had been in business 6 years, the place is so clean it looks brand new, which to me, is a telling sign of how the rest of the business is run. The staff, and especially my stylist were very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I would rate this business 6 stars instead of 5 if I could. I also found out on my last visit that they are expanding this year and adding even more salon and spa services, which is very exciting for me, because I feel that this is the best salon I have ever been to in my entire life. My neighbor recommended Invidia to me. She has beautiful hair and it always looks so great and healthy. I feel that what made my visit to this salon so great is that the stylist was really knowledgeable and skilled. The service was very professional and pleasant as well. I also bought some really great products that have made a big difference in my hair?s overall feel and look. The assisting staff was also very nice. I am very happy and look forward to returning. Hi everyone! I want to say that I love this place! You have to experience it. My best friend told me many times to switch my stylist and try this salon. I finally did and I can not believe how wonderful it is. My hair is my life, and I am very picky on how it is done. My stylist was awesome, she was really in tune with the trends and styles. I also loved the style of the salon, it is really beautiful. The front desk staff was really helpful too. I am really glad to have tried this salon out and will definitely go back. The prices are really good too, compared to my old salon, except this place is tens times more professional. Pros: style and price more

I am very happy with the results and service I received at Invidia. This salon was recommended to me by a friend. I also had an opportunity to read several reviews. I am a 30-year-old professional, and am very particular with my over all image. I have very specific needs, being a balance between stylish and fun, and classy and quality. The stylist that worked on me was very sweet and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable during my entire appointment, including my interaction with the assistant and front desk girl. I highly recommend this salon, I had a great experience. The booking staff was extremely accommodating to help me find an appointment to fit my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering, the salon is beautiful and very comfortable. My first experience was nothing but satisfactory. I re-booked for another hair color appointment and will be trying out their nail services next as well. I can confidently say, that this business is well worth a try. Pros: value more
