We had such a horrible experience with this company that I wanted to warn others. We were recommended this company by our real estate agent at Prudential because the office is in the same building as the title company (I'm sure they get some sort of kickback). We were literally waiting until SIX HOURS before we closed before they were able to get us the amount for the cashier's check. I called many, many times asking for the amount for the downpayment check, but they seemed to disregard professional courtesy to get this for us. They were quite unfriendly (I've forgotten her name, but it was a middle-age woman who was in charge of this branch, I believe) and were not even apologetic about this at the actual closing. Then, to top things off, I know there are always unexpected costs, but it seemed like ours were a little over the top. Even our mortgage broker said something to us later about how it seemed excessive and that in his experience closing costs shouldn't have been that much (we didn't do anything special, just the typical survey, inspection, etc.). Overall, I was incredibly disappointed by the company and would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. Stay away, especially if you are using Prudential!
