We brought our 2011 Hyundai in for a quick service appointment, met Thomas Robinson and bought a brand new Hyundai that we never intended to purchase! And believe it or not, he did it with no pressure at all. Simply giving us the answers to our own questions. He very eloquently presented us with all of the facts that we needed to make an informed decision; no pressure. We actually went home for an entire weekend, talked about it, thought about it and went back and made a very satisfactory deal. I do have to say that we did get some pressure when we spoke with the financing people, to buy an extended maintenance agreement. But i can't say that it was overwhelming, after all, we are adults and know how to say no thank you! - All in all, it was an excellent experience and deal! We are pleased! I was offered all of the rebates that were available, and I didn't feel scammed. My salesman, Mr Nguyen(pronounced win) had the car cleaned up for me, and personally delivered my Elantra to my house.
