Before Invader we had a scorpion problem that no other company seemed to be able to get under control. Invader got it taken care of. I've been using them for probably 8 years, since I've owned a home. I've moved twice in the last two years and have kept them as my pest control. Recently one of the properties I manage, the tenant complained about bed bug issue on that premise. As property manager for many years, I have never had to deal with such an unpleasant news. I made phone calls to several licensed bed bug exterminators. Wally from Invader Pest Management returned my call promptly and stood out right from the beginning. Wally was so knowledgeable, so caring and so patient in answering all my questions, he even sent me bed bug information to read upon my request. Wally also offered a free inspection if I so desired, so I arranged an appointment with him and the tenant. Wally arrived on time, did a very thorough inspection and followed up by calling me immediately afterwards to inform me that there was no bed bug problem after all. He also provided me with a written report stating his findings. Needless to say, I was blown away by his knowledge, his service and his honesty!! They were always very patient with me. No matter how many times I called and asked questions they never lost their patience with me, they answered my questions. We have been very satisfied with Invader for several years. Even when we have not been home for inside sevice the sevice on the exterior has prevented us from seeing bugs inside also. The weed service has been very good also. Invader has returned after a rain to catch the weeds that have popped up, The service men are extremely courteous and timely. more

I experienced an isolated incident requiring prompt assistance from a pest management company. I contacted Invader Pest Management, and they came out as soon as they could. They were very professional and courteous, and got to work on my problem right away. I also found them very knowledgeable, and was extremely pleased when they were able to solve my problem. I should mention that I can have a very serious reaction to chemicals, I was worried about coming into contact with anything they would use. They were very concerned for me, and did everything in their power to ensure that nothing would harm me. They owner even came out to ensure that they technicians did the job properly. We've been using Invader Pest Management since Fred first started the company, about sixteen years or so. So I guess you can say we've been able to watch his business grow. It used to be that Fred would come out and do our service, as his company grew, other technicians would come out to do the work. We have been happy with every single person who has come out. They are courteous, efficient and professional. They are respectful of areas I don't want sprayed, which I really appreciate that they noted that and I don't have to tell them over and over again. I am comfortable having them here when I'm not home, they'll take care of the job and leave me a bill on the door or under the mat. They are very easy to work with. They are pretty much always on time, or they'll give you a call if they're running behind. The people on the phones are always friendly and nice to talk to. Invader came to my buildings provided an estimate in a timely fashion. He took the time to review the proposal and his recommendations to provide the best solution for my Bird issues. They arrived on time and left the area just as it was prior to them arriving.Managing building's from another state is very difficult espically when you are searching for a new service provider and Invader could not have performed any better. more

I've used about a half dozen companies before Invader Pest Management, and the other companies had a lack of service. Invader Pest Management has always been on time and they always call ahead. If I need them to come back for any reason at all, they're there within a day's notice. They're knowledgeable. Fred the owner is available by phone if necessary. Of the many people that are out there, they're very honest and have good value for the dollar. I trusted the company enough to leave them with my four daughters and wife.
