Great massage!! 10/14/2011

I had a prenatal massage with Alan. This is my second pregnancy and I also had numerous massages with my first pregnancy. The massage I recieved from Alan was by far the best massage I've ever had! He was very nice, and explained everything. He made sure I was completely comfortable every second. The music was perfect and relaxing, he even turned the temperature down in the room to keep me comfortable! I can not wait to go back and get more massages from Alan! I would highly recommend him!! more

My massage at Alan's studio was wonderful, and I will be going back again soon. His ability and zest for his chosen career is evident. The environment, the music, the decor are all perfect for putting you at ease. Alan himself is very calm, quite caring, and it's really easy to feel comfortable there. Thank you! more

Alan gave the best massage I have ever had. He was very professional and knowledgeable about any problem areas. I loved the peaceful setting and felt very rested and relaxed at the end of my massage. I will be returning for another massage soon! more

Alan was wonderful, very respectful of my privacy. Massage was just deep enough without being painful. Felt very rested and relaxed after massage. Alan does not rush you at all or talk all the time or try to push products on you (all of which I have experienced before with masseuses). And if you don't know much about massage prices, this is the best deal I have found yet and I have been getting them for about 3 years now. Music is great too. Table is very comfortable. Will be going back :) more

Alan was so very personable and welcoming, as well as the space having antique charm but well appointed and arranged to provide him ability to keep the massage fluid and uninterrupted. He did a terrific job, using some techniques I found unique to the experience with him. His years of experience truly come through in his work! more

Very professional and his hands are incredibly trained to find all the right tight spots...I feel great and have already made another appointment with him. This was nothing short of excellent. Alan clearly has proven skills as a massage therapist. He is laid back, clearly loves what he does and gives a wonderful and therapeutic massage. He listens to what you say and does his job very well. I highly recommend Intuitive Bodywork Massage Therapy. more

The massage was top notch. It is always a pleasure being around people who not only take their profession seriously ,but love what they do. Alan fits the bill. The atmosphere in the room lends itself to being relaxed and removed from reality for 75 mins. Remember the commercial "Calgon take me away"...Alan take me away. more

Simply the BEST!! 8/12/2011

Alan was wonderful! My day was one of those "anything that can go wrong, will". I had to bump my appointment time, then I got lost, and to top it off I was under so much stress from life issues.He listened to me ramble a bit, found out what I hoped to achieve from the massage, and helped me start to relax just by his words. Then the magic started! He found all the places where my tension had been stored and worked those knots out. I felt more relaxed than I had in a very long time. Pure magic!!! more

Alan took the time to understand my problem areas (lower back, shoulder, piriformis) and, having just come back from a 3 day fitness convention that left me sore all over, he did wonders working the lactic acid out of my over-used muscles. I felt so much better after an hour with him. more
