Be afraid.... be very afraid! 6/26/2006

Avoid this company at all costs. Internet service is consistently inconsistent. Tech support is only a hair above nonexistent. There is NO tech support during business hours, even to their business customers. Expect to wait up to several weeks (up to 6+) for resolution and unreturned requests for assistance.
