I don?t often write bad reviews, but after the dreadful experience we had with Into the Swim, I have no kind words to say about this company.
My husband and I took our son, who is only a year old, to his first ever swim class. When we arrived, the pool area was filthy. It had not been cleaned from the night before and there were dirty, wet towels lying everywhere. It was a very cold day, however, the vents were open and the heating was not on. The instructor arrived complaining about the long drive to get to the pool, so she had a negative attitude before we even started. There was no safety briefing, and the lesson started 5 minutes late which I didn?t expect especially as it was only a 30 minute class. As this was my son?s first class, he was very nervous, however, the instructor was unsympathetic and laughed when she splashed water in his face. She laughed every time he cried and even told him to 'Hush!'. She said, and I quote, ?All kids are brats?. Unbelievable! She is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, and I will never take him to another Into the Swim class again. For $12 a lesson, I expected a lot more; the service was unprofessional and the staff are rude. Don?t waste your money and make the same mistake I did.
