I have known my wife for 20 years. I am 12 years younger. I thought she needed somebody younger to keep up with her. Through the course of dealing over the last year with her dad's health and us taking care of him, her back went out. She had not at all been herself or able to do things. After or initial evaluation with Dr. Kowalkowski and treatment, she has returned to her normal activities from four years ago. I thank you. more

Thank you Dr. Thomas Kowalkowski for all the help you have given me and for helping me to be pain free. My lower back has not given me any trouble since you have done the surgery. 80% improved 6/20/2011

I came to this clinic using OxyContin for foot pain that I developed due to blood clots which resulted in my foot almost dying. I had been given OxyContin twice a day for pain control. I did not realize the effect that the OxyContin had on me until I was seen and treated by IPPMC, in which after one visit, Dr. Kowalkowski evaluated me and changed my medications. After one visit, my foot pain is now 80% improved and I am no longer on high-dose OxyContin more

Great place! 4/4/2011

Finally getting answers to my spinal issues! Dr. Kowalkowski knows his stuff without talking over your head, trying to dazzle you with his vast knowledge, and acting like he's doing you a favor. Makes things happen. Very pleased! more

The best results you wont get anywhere else 1/20/2011

I had a fall at work. After my fall, I developed right lower back pain, in which I underwent several different kinds of therapies over the last four years. After completing each of my previous therapies, my pain would return. My doctor suggested I try IPPMC. They had available for me different therapies for my back pain. At this time, I can say I have 90% improvement of my pain. These are the best results I have had in four years. I can now sit through a play or a musical or long distance journeys. more

I still can't believe all the progress! 1/12/2011

I think it's a miracle. I went from pain to no pain at all. I had developed left lower abdominal pain a year ago while lifting 5-gallon buckets at our dairy farm. Over the last year, I had conservative treatment for my pain, which did not get better. My doctor referred me to IPPMC, and my pain is now 100% improved. more

Since being here I have been very satisfied 1/4/2011

I have been really happy with the team at interventional Pain and Physical Medicine Clinic. I went and saw other doctors, including pain doctors, for my pain. I was told after treatment that I would have to live with my pain. I decided to pursue additional assistance, since I was not satisfied with my pain control. I found Dr. Kowalkowski through one of his patients. Since I have been treated here, I have been real happy. I can now get along with a pretty normal life since I have reduced back pain. more

So blessed with the results 12/14/2010

I have been with back pain for 43 years after a motor vehicle accident in 1973. I received chiropractic therapy for many years and to no avail. I received acupuncture for six months and nothing seemed to help. My primary care doctor referred me to a spine surgeon which I declined. Six months later I went back to my doctor asking for further help. She then referred me to Dr. Kowalkowski. I was treated on my first visit and I had no pain after that until six months later. After I returned for a second treatment, I can say, at this time, I have 99% reduction in my back pain. This is the best I have felt in 43 years. I would advise this clinic to anyone. more

They've made me feel so much better 12/7/2010

Since the age of 17, I have had a gnawing, aching pain in my left hip region. The pain made it difficult for me to walk and I had difficulty participating with my child's activities. I cannot count the number of times I have been in and out of the emergency rooms for my pain. My treatments have been pain pills and they told me there was nothing they could do for my pain. I even underwent an extensive GI workup, which did not find any answers. I was referred to IPPMC and, after my second visit, I can say I have total pain relief from my chronic pain. Thank you. more

I have been dealing with back and leg pain for 2-3 years... 12/2/2010

It affected my ability to walk, climb stairs and activities of daily living. After trying every route, I came to Dr. K. I give Dr. K credit for finding out that I had an aortic stenosis that needed surgery. If this had been over looked I may have had deadly consequences. Since having treatment for my back and abdominal stenosis my quality of life has increased immensely. Every time I have a pain I know Dr. K is going to find out what is the basis of the problem.. more

Dr. Kowalkowski treats the source of my pain, not just the symptoms. Even though there is no cure for my pain, I feel better knowing that when it flares up and restricts my activities, I can see Dr. Kowalkowski to get the relief I need. After treatments, I am able to do most activities without using prescription pain killers. more

I finally have no pain 11/17/2010

I have been seen by primary care doctors and other pain management doctors in Saint Cloud. I had a hysterectomy because they thought my pain was coming from adhesions and none of this helped me. I went to other pain management doctors that performed other procedures which did not help. I have had physical therapy and nothing seemed to help until my treatment at IPPMC has turned me around and decreased my pain to a point where I can live my life without having pain rule my life more

Finally, RELIEF! 10/25/2010

I had complete relief! The clinic is not just about procedures, Dr. Kowalkowski used a combination of therapies that has allowed me to get rid of my pain I had for over two years. I had many other therapies but they did not help. more

I am ore than blessed in coming here 10/19/2010

In the last ten years I have had four back surgeries and constant pain. Now I have 85% relief of my pain and the pain that I have is tolerable more
