About to buy from them 6/29/2010

I just visited Interstock Cabinetry in Feasterville PA and they have treated me well. We picked a design and the customer service rep immediately designed out kitchen (I had a lay-out in hand). It was done in minutes and the rep was really good at telling us a NO where necessary. For instance we wanted a pantry and even though it would have meant more business for them, he actually told me that it would not look good. I am planning to buy from them within the next month. I dont have to worry as much about shipping because I live close-by and if there is an issue, I could sit on their head :). lol !!! Pros: Good Customer Service - So Far Cons: None so far more

Awesome deal 5/26/2010

This was my 3rd kitchen over my lifetime. they offered amazing design quick ship and really professional service they also didn;t nitpick me on price when i needed an extra filler Pros: Great price- great service- freindly Cons: Wheelchair access through the back! more

Broken pieces, backordered items, no responses 4/14/2010

I agree with the comment by philly_search. They are horrible to deal with; they ""claim"" they are fixing the problem, yet they take days to respond to you, and then they lie and say they will overnight the items and they do not. they backorder cabinets without telling you, things arrive damaged and the drivers try to force you to take it and then ask you to write them a check (even though we paid thru credit card already). What a disaster. Pros: Nice cabinets (the ones we actually did receive) Cons: Horrible customer service more

Defective cabinets and really bad customer service 7/25/2007

We received either the wrong or defective parts of the cabinets. The salesperson never return our call, or if we are ""lucky"" to get him on the phone, he couldn't give any definite answer when they can deliver the replacement parts. Save yourself from a headache, take your business elsewhere. more
