My experience with this company was a 1/5/2012

My experience with this company was a good one. I went in looking for wool carpet and had already been to 2 other places, I was ok with one of them , the other completely ignored me. A co-worker told me to go the Interstate Flooring, that she had a great experience there, so i did and I also had a really good experience. I ended up with a very nice wool and really what impressed me was the selection, in the other stores I had a selection of 5-6 styles and at Interstate Flooring, I had dozens. This place is great, I recommend anyone to work with John or Betty there, I felt like I got the best service possible. more

great experience. 9/12/2011

My partner and myself were looking to replace nasty old carpeting with hardwood, we were not sure exactly what we wanted. We had gone to a couple of other places, we decided to stay in our neighborhood, the service was great and we ended up getting Epic hardwood by Shaw, it is made in the USA and no one in the other stores had showed us any thing like it. We were extremely satisfied and have referred several people who have shared in the experience. I especially enjoyed their dog friendly attitude. more

Totally Unprofessional 3/28/2011

I live in an older home and have worked w/several contractors. In the last year alone, I have worked with a plumber, roofer, mason, gardener, electrician, drywaller, a hot tub service and a stucco guy. I have sometimes had minor frustrations w/contractors. But I have never encountered a contractor who was so rude and unprofessional. As if that was not galling enough, the quality of installation was so poor I will likely have to hire another contractor to fix their work. I know a thing or two about customer service; I am the fifth generation of a family owned business. And I would be ashamed and outraged if I or any of our employees treated our customers the way I was treated by this company. Take your business somewhere else. more
