Worst

Took my car in for a courtesy oil change as my previous experience with Interstate was less than pleasent. The technician noted that the two drivers side tires had sidewall bulges...

Honest and Quick 3/28/2014

Dropped off my car for some general tune up kind of repairs. Thought I had to replace one tire, but they told me all 4 needed to be replaced. That led to my total budget tripling. Not the greatest news in the world. After I left the shop, my car was pulling really hard to the right. When I arrived at home, I checked my tire pressures and all 4 of my new tires were around 20-25psi less than recommended. I had to go and fill them myself. You'd think they would make sure you have full tires especially since they put 4 new tires on. Despite this oversight, the shop is super friendly and the service is top notch. Highly recommend. more

Quick and honest service 3/28/2014

Both times I've used Interstate, they've been able to give me a quick and honest estimate of what's wrong with my car. They don't try to sell you on unneeded services. They're also quick. I got my repairs done same day on this last visit, and that was with multiple issues being addressed. I will definitely use them again. more

Outstanding Service! 3/1/2014

Too many auto repair places have bad raps for bad service and overcharging for work you don't need. This place takes the time to tell you what is wrong with your car. They are prompt and have the knowledge to fix what's wrong with your car. I'd go back there before any other place. more

Each and every time I come to Interstate Auto care I am even more impressed than the last time. Bill, Chuck Casey are so professional and make you feel right at home. If I am not at work and at home I will drive the 21 miles to get my oil changed . Best place ever !!! Steve R more

Outstanding! 2/26/2014

I have been going to Interstate Auto Care since moving to Michigan in 2011. The guys Bill and Chuck always take care of me and give me priority for all of my services. Last Wednesday, my car broke down, turned out to be the trans and radiator. My girlfriend called me and told me. Here in Afghanistan, it is a little difficult to just pick up the phone and call a tow company or repair shop. Bill and Chuck had a tow truck at my house the next day and did an eval. When the car was picked up yesterday, the estimate was actually higher than the actual cost!! These guys will always take care of you, and you always know that there will not be anything wrong with the quality of service that this company provides. Thanks Interstate Auto Care for a great experience and continuing to work with customers all the way around the world! more
