I did not shop there due to the lady manager, she is no longer there! I came there with my R.V. in tow ready to buy another set of batteries. Larry insisted on checking out the system. He found where the R.V. shop miss wired the batteries when they installed them. I had it checked at a second R.V. shop that charged me to tell me that it had no problems. Larry fixed the problem, and charged the batteries at no charge! Saving me $500 plus more trips to the R.V. store and even more charges. If you have an odd question Larry is the go to person! more

Great Service! 4/3/2007

I had bought a new battery on-line for my palm. Got it installed and then my charger was not working. Got a new charger on-line and then the battery would not hold a charge. At my wit's end I called Larry at Interstate Battery and he told me about a little know adjustment that sometimes needs to be made. I took my palm in and he fixed it free of charge. I've given them my business ever since. more

When You Need a Charge 3/22/2007

I LOVE this store. They aren't kidding - if it needs a battery, they have it. My 10+ year old video camera needed a new battery and it was instock and reasonably priced. We bought an auto battery there and they installed it - no extra charge. I would say the prices are average. The staff is very knowledgeable and can look up in a moment what the exact battery is that you need. more
