Internet Simplicity produced my father's website for his dental practice. They did a good job, so I was interested in having them do mine. Internet Simplicity was recommended to me. I knew there was a product they had created that was quick to deploy and could be in use in a short period of time, which was appealing. My initial conversations with Internet Simplicity were understood, in terms of what I wanted to get accomplished. They were quick to become my collaborators and partners. The product, a content management system (CMS), was innovative and creative. I had worked with other CMSs in the past and they were cumbersome and difficult to use. I have a graphic design firm and I have done a number of projects with them. I focus on the graphic and marketing part of the business. They handle the back-end "technical side" of a project. I rely heavily on there expertise and they are a great partner. We have been working together for number of years. They have done over 12 projects from small to very large with us. We are a graphic design studio and work with Internet Simplicity on a project basis. We have worked with them on a number of projects over several years. They are often involved in the early planning stages and work with us to create best solutions for the client. We use them for the development of database driven web sites with content management solutions and they are very, very good at that. We have had experience with other web development firms and don?t work with others any more?enough said. Also, they are great about managing scope. Additions to a project are always going to happen. What they do well is if a client request is out of scope, they raise the issue and communicate well...love that. And their pricing is very competitive. These guys made the process easy. They provided soup to nuts help. I came in with the project idea. Reilly envisioned the project better than I did. They told me what they would need and how long it would take. They were clear on what I should expect and what they expected from me. They have online progress reports and notes which made the process easy to track and manage. There were some services they didn't do in house but they made good suggestions as to who could do it for us. They had our best interests in mind. Great experience.
