International TV Sales & Service

I found these guys thru the internet, and found them to be excellent in everything they did. I have an older Mitsubishi 55 inch TV, that was working fine with high def TV channels, but the games were blurry. Our repairman came out and knew right away what was wrong. He estimated the cost to repair it, and he was right on target. Although it took a week to repair, he has it working 100% with a great picture on all. He also suggested we get a knew 5 piece cord to better project the TV from plugging it in the rear of TV, and wow what a difference. Our games are like you'd expect to see in High def now. I strongly recommend this company for repair and will use them again. I paid roughly $300 versus having to spend $1300 for the same new TV. more

After talking to several companies about the cost to repair our Mitsubishi WD-Y65 giving them the trouble code steady yellow light I thought I might as well get a new TV. I thought I might call one more company. I called International TV Sales & Service and talked to the owner Bronuis and told him we hade a steady yellow trouble code and he informed me he thought the thermal sensor had come loose and if it was bad it would be a cost of $24.00. I had him come out and in about an hour our Tv was fixed without a part, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I was as happy as a pig in mud paying $135.00 to have our 65"" DLP TV back!!! \r JIm & Kathy more

I recently was experiencing trouble with my projection tv. After calling several larger tv repair companies I found International TV Sales on a search engine and gave them a call. Their price for a diagnostic was much less than anyone. They were friendly on the phone and had a very promt time available to come out to my house. I was given a 1 hour window rather than 4 hours that some other companies expect you to sit around and wait for them to show up when it is convenient for them. Bruno came to my house promptly during the time specified. He was extremely curteous and fixed the problem promptly. The cost was much less than we anticipated needing to spend and he was also very helpful with other useful information. I am always leary of using companies without having much knowledge of their reputation, and this was a winning situation for us. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs repair help. more

I had a very positive experience with TV sales and service. The repairman came to my home when scheduled and he fixed my TV promptly. The repairman (Bruno) was a very nice and friendly man. My TV was fixed and now we have a very nice picture on the screen. I will reccomend TV sales and service to all my family and friends in the future. Thank you. more

These guys tried to tell me they were experienced and all, they have been in business less than a year!!!\r \r Then they bad mouthed another business that i was wanting to work with very unprofessional!!!\r \r Then they didnt even deliver on their promises and they were very hard to deal with and communicate with. They wouldnt call back. at one point they didnt even know where my parts were???\r \r NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESES GUYS THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL and dont know what they are doiung.
