This John Allen guy just called me harassing me and told me to shut up!!!!!! I received documentation with all the incorrect information ! Who do I report these classless thieves from? more

I never received a bill from the original service provider, all I received was a bill from this collection agency telling me I owed them 4k. I called the orginal service provider to handle the payment through them but their billing department was out of town for several more days. I spoke to a extreamly rude, inconsiderate customer service rep by the name of Michael and he refused to give me a couple of days before he reported it to my credit report so I could submit my insurance to the service provider. ""He said yelling to me, pay my office 4k in 2 days or its going on your report!"" I asked to speak to a manager and Michael said ""no, you cannot speak to anyone else in the office since no one else is going to help you"" and he hung up on me. more

got a call from John Allen saying I owe money to his client, I informed him that I don't and said he was going to sue me anyway and told me to get in touch with his client I ask him for the number of the client he told me that he has 20000 client and he does not have the number. Than I called him again and ask him for the fax number and said he is not going to give it to me. more
