I was stuck in Aruba. I had a ticket to Brazil but no Visa to enter with. The only way I could enter Brazil was if I sent my passport back to the states and received a new visa. I had no choice. Fortunately I found International Passport & Visa. They worked with the Brazilian Consulate to get me a visa. There were no problems and the passport arrived exactly when it was suppose to. We went into International Passport and Visa just to get a passport photo taken of our 5 month old baby girl we recently adopted. After talking to the consultant, we realized they were able to expedite the passport for us and they did that for sure! They helped us get the proper documents we needed from the adoption agency and even had our passport back a day early...24 hours instead of 48 hours. International Passport & Visa is a great way to receive a passport or visa with no hassle. I basically just had to fill out one application with my information and they handled the rest. Especially if you need your passport in short notice they can get it to you within one business day. I didn't need mine within one day but it was an option that was available. I got my passport back and didn't have to go through waiting in line at the passport office. When I went to get my passport in Oregon I went to the post office waited in line and they gave me hell until I finally got out of there. I didn't get my passport because I got fed up with them. So when I moved here, I just went to International Passport and Visa and they pretty much handled me with care. So on a friday afternoon, 3 days before I was scheduled to depart for europe, I discovered my passport had just expired. After cursing myself and my negligence, I called a friend whose employees travel frequently to asia. He referred me to INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT. I set an appointment for the next day, a saturday. I was grateful they would come in to help me on a weekend.\r I was extremely skeptical that they would be able to have my passport ready on time, and prepared myself for a very expensive delay.\r Mariam was friendly and professional, and really helped put me at ease. I was still doubtful, but resigned to my fate, whatever it was.\r Lo and behold, on monday afternoon, 2 hours before airport driver pick-up, I had my passport, earlier than they had estimated. I was extremely nervous that it couldn't be done. I heard about International Passport and Visa thru a family member who said they are the best in town. And I should say yes they are. I called on a Saturday night; when you would think there would be no help available, but instead they called me within minutes, told me to come in first thing Sunday morning to take care of my situation. \r I was traveling to Brazil for a wedding not knowing that I also need to get visa. I only had 7 days when a friend told me about the visa. I went to Brazil Consulate in Los Angeles and they could not issue my visa in time for my trip. I recently needed to get my visa renewed. The level of customer service was terrible and they did not even provide me with the service that I needed. I had to go somewhere else to take care of my visa as the photos that they took were the wrong size and of poor quality. I don't recommend going here at all. What a bunch of cocky arrogant aholes. My boss needed to travel and I called them to inquire the about requirements. The person on the phone couldn't even speak decent English and ended up giving me the wrong and incomplete information. Yet nobody called to inform me and I had to call and have them send the whole package back. My boss almost missed his business trip and I almost lost my job. Needless to say I won't recommend or use them ever, not even to my enemies. more

In May I had to go on an impt. business trip with my wife from L.A. to London. When I arrived at the\r Virgin terminal, much to my horror, my passport had expired and they would not let me travel. It was a\r Friday night, I couldn't reach the Dept. of Homeland Security until Monday, and I had to travel at the latest\r that Tuesday, or my work position would be in serious jeopardy. I finally reached the U.S. Dept. of State\r late Friday, and they told me there was a several month backup in the passport area, and even with a\r special appointment, it would be a week. My mother found Intl. Passport and Visa on the internet that\r Saturday. I left an urgent message on their voicemail. They answered it and opened their office specially\r for me that Sunday. On Monday morning they facilitated my receiving my passport by that afternoon. I\r could have travelled on Monday, but travelled on that Tuesday.\r They saved my job and my income. They were wonderful, friendly, efficient, humane and economical.\r They acted way beyond the call of duty and we are eternally grateful to them. \r I would recommend them with the highest five star rating, and give them ten stars if allowed. If you want rude, unorganized, and unprofessional service this is the place to go. I don't even know how these people are allowed to have a license for this! Because of their mistake (loosing part of the requirements) in submitting my application, my application was first delayed then denied. I had to cancel a prepaid and unrefundable trip. I had a horrible experience which almost cost me my entire vacation. I had already submitted for a passport and realized I needed to expedite my service based on the failure of the government to issue passports on time. INTPV assured me thay could handle my specific situation, gave me the assurance of 26 years without failure and repeatedly told me I had nothing to worry about. After 10 days, 5 longer than they promised, the last phone call I received was to tell me they could not do anything for me.They refused to talk with me over the phone regarding my case due to other unsuspecting customers overhearing what they had to say. They refused to refund any money. Apparently, there are other honest expeditors who actually stated on their web site that they can't help with cases like mine and to go to the federal building.
