I.C.S. said they would fix the off/on switch on my computer.They said come back in two hours - it will be done. This was at 10:00AM. At 5:30 PM after 3 trips back and forth with my computer, it still wasn't fixed. So I brought it home and it took me 1.5 hours to get it to boot up. I still have no sound. While I was at their shop they made an attempt to sell me a new power supply, new OS, etc, etc. I was Director of Computing Service at a College in Montana before I retired. I have an equiv. of an MCSE, a CCNA and a low voltage electrician license for the state of Wyoming. So I know about computers and networks. I.C.S. is definitely out to rip people off. Avoid them totally!!
