International Children?s Academy (ICA) is an amazing place to work. After retiring from 30 years in the insurance industry, I wanted to do something special. I applied for a teacher?s position at ICA. Nancy interviewed me and offered me the position, which I gladly accepted. I have been working in the infant area for two years now (started in March 2010) and I love it!!! Nancy is one of the nicest and kindest employers that I have had the opportunity to work for. ?My wife and I are very picky when it comes to our new born son, like every parent out there. The people here treat him like he is their own, and we feel like when goes to daycare that he is going to his extended family. He loves his teachers and has a smile on his face when he sees them. My wife and I couldn't be more happy and just wanted to say thanks for looking out for our Enzo!? more

I visited the daycare a few times before deciding to enroll my son into their nursery. I met with Jen, the assistant director, and loved her. Sadly though, I pulled my son out after only 3 weeks, because I was so unhappy with the nursery staff and the director, Nancy. \r Here are my reasonings for being so upset and leaving the daycare: \r 1. I was told bibs were provided, yet every day I picked my son up he was in an extra change of clothes or he was soaked in the clothes he had on; I even brought my own bibs, and still they were not used. \r 2. The staff did not inform me of when my son was getting close to being out of diapers, so he "owed" another child 3 diapers.\r 3. The staff lost my son's binky; had no idea where it was and Nancy, the director, told me that I must have misplaced it.\r 4. The staff did not feed my son his cereal; I asked the teacher to do so and even put a reminder on his daily info paper. My wife and I have been taking our little boy here for the past 2 years. We have been extremely satisfied with the care they provide for our little one. It is reassuring, especially for my wife, to know that when he is dropped off that he is in good hands. Another important factor to me is the pricing which we have found to be very fair compared to other providers in town. As we await the arrival of our second child there is no doubt that he will be joining his brother here! This place is a dump and the director is awful. There are way too many kids in this day care to even be in ratio and the stupid director tries to tell you there isn't..I'm not blind. Don't send your child here, state has been called 4 times now and they should be shut down SOON more
