9/30/2009 I bought a 2005 Black Neon SXT with 38,010 miles.... I remember asking him to his face, how's the carfax how's the history? To which I was told, ""It's good... never in an accident. I bought it from the auction place."" Stupid me, I believe him. And honestly, the car was good. The paint was good, the passenger window didn't work correctly, but it was a steal at only $6000 dollars back then... Guess what, today... 12/17/2011 I get the carfax! WOW!!!! After spending so much money on this car and hooking it up... I go to sell my car, and the carfax tells me it was involved in not 1, or 2 accidents... 4!!!! One of the accidents even being major enough to cause structural damage! My car is worth nothing!! I wanted to sell it for maybe $4-5K I have to settle with trading it in for $1300! What kind of people are you? If you honestly showed me the carfax, I wouldn't have bought that car. You'll get yours in the end my friend. Don't worry DAVID ADIKA... I'm coming after you right now with the ""Better Business Bureaus!"" Get ready!!! It is against the law to sell someone a car like this! Shame on you! more

I bought 20006 Toyota Sequioa in 2008 December after carefully reviewing auto check car history. I was shocked in 2009 June when i got an updated vehicle history from same Autocheck and found 2006 accident in a history, these guys some how hide accident report before put vehicle in market and I was victim of it so please check from CARFAX as well before paying money to these guys. Only soothing thing is vehicle is in good condition but resell value will be screwed up. Pros: Good price Cons: Cheat with accident reports more

Julianna and the crew are liars and cheats. They advertise and do not deliver. I purchased a 2006 cadillac cts in October, it is now December and they still have not provided me with the navigational cd they promised. They have delayed and delayed providing us with wrong cd's and is still not delivering. They are stiffers. They do not take care of their vehicles. They allowed a vehicle off the lot without detailing it or even giving a new battery and I was stuck in traffic with a dead battery. Their services / customer services are below average. Pros: Nice Car Cons: did not provide navigational cd that was advertised. more
