The honest GOOD and BAD about IAR 3/11/2011

First off, I don't work for them or have any relation to anyone there. We aren't friends either. What I am, is a loyal customer who has been coming to this place for more than 14 years. And that is saying a lot because I'm only 30, and I'm a stereo fanatic who switches cars every 6 months. They have done probably 10 of my cars, some very well done, some not so well done. Why do I keep coming back? 3/5/2011

They lost the front brackets for my license plate for my 350Z and claimed they never saw it. The box was sitting in the trunk and disappeared. When I picked up the car after a head unit install, I asked the owner, Alex, he claimed never to have seen it. I had to buy another new bracket, $45. more

IAR TINT SHOP 3/1/2011

Woke up around 11 am this morning, Opened up Yelp as always to look at some reviews of where I wanted to go for Window Tint in my local area. There are 100's of these types of Car Stereo / Tint shops all down Lankershim. I went to a few places to get a quote and take a look around the shop. International Auto Radio was very easy to find. HUGE LOCATION on the corner. Plenty of space to work on my 2010 Cadillac Escalade. Was in and out with DARK 5% LIMO TINT!!! in a little over an hour. I am so happy with the quality of work, that I had to rush home and leave this review. Happy Shopping to all, this place is for sure the real deal for Car Stereo + Window Tint! more

Amazing Prices and Excellent Service 3/2/2010

I brought in my 2006 Honda civic because the radio was shutting off by itself. Needless to say, I was in distress and needed some quick help. I always use to pass by this place and decided to give them a go. The staff was upfront and laid out the process of going through a repair. I was out of there fast while they looked at my radio to see what was wrong with it. Pros: friendly staff, very professional work, large selection Cons: Not knowing about this place sooner more

High Quality Stereo System On My Bike 1/6/2010

I have a Suzuki 650 Burgman that I wanted to put a stereo in. Although putting stereo's on bike's is not their speciality, they were able to put one on for me with an amplifier. It sounds great going 75 on the freeway. It is loud and clear and keep in mind that there is nothing on the bike to enclose the sound of the music like there is in a car. Pros: high quality, good for there warranty Cons: little bit pricy for bike stereo, but worth it more

Classy Gentlemen 12/30/2009

I took in my daughters VW Jetta to get an estimate for a full system for Christmas. I did my share of research, shopped around and knew kind of what i wanted and prices. They offered to match the prices i already had, and beat some of them. Fair enough, they gave me a whole package price for all the equipment. I surprised my daughter on Christmas day and she went in to get it installed the following Monday. She mentioned to me the how nice these guys were to her, why I'm writing this review right now. Overall these guys not only did quality work for a good price, but showed character while doing it. My daughter and I have no complaints. Pros: good customer service, SOLID work Cons: unlimited upgrades more
