My daughter had an accident last week and Intermountain Tow was called by the police. There driver Lynn arrived and was very kind to my daughter and I. She got our car out of the road and pulled off to the side to talk to us. My daughter was very upset about the accident but Lynn told her that the most important thing was that she was okay because everything else is fixable. She took our car to Bountiful Collision to be repaired. I would like to say that the people at Intermountain Tow are wonderful and very kind! Also when we visited Bountiful Collision to check on our car, they told us that we had gotten the best towing company as other towers would not have taken our car there first and that they had saved us time & money. We will use them again when we need a tow. more

My husband?s truck broke down in Salt Lake on Wednesday evening. We have never needed a Tow Truck before so we were uncertain who to call. We called our insurance company and they gave us 3 numbers to call. The first company we talked to was very rude and said that they would only take cash up front; the second company was nicer but told us if we waited until Thursday afternoon it would be 25.00 less as they didn?t want to send a driver out after dark; finally we spoke with Intermountain Tow who told us it was the same price no matter what time of day it was and that they would take our credit card. The truck got to my husband within the 20 minutes that I was told it would take to get there. Overall they were a very nice company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car towed. Pros: Pleasant, Timely, & Truthful Cons: None more
