Fast, Friendly, Professional 1/27/2011

Nothing is worse than coming home to find your brand new carpet covered in water. My first instinct was to rip it all out and get the floors dry. When I called my insurance agent, they told me to use Intermountain Restoration. I didn't believe them when they told me they could save my carpet. I was amazed at the way they were able to contain the water and direct heat to the areas that needed it. My basement was dry in less than a day, and yes, my carpets looked perfect. more

He treats my home like his home. 1/25/2011

I have been using Judd and Intermountain Restoration for about 6 or 7 years now in my home. I have had him come to each home and clean our carpets. Also, if there was a weather disaster he has come and cleaned up. He has been awesome. I like the fact that he is the owner and operator. He also has newer and good equipment. His process leaves the carpet dry, not wet like other companies. Also, I never have a soapy residue, which I got when trying out other companies. Just the fact that he is there, and it is his equipment is nice. He treats my home like it is his home. more

I have recommended them and will continue to do so. 1/18/2011

I have used Intermountain Restoration multiple times and have recommended them to friends. We have used them for at least 3 or 4 years. It has all been carpet cleaning type of work, but we have had some pretty tough stains and things like that. With 6 kids we have thrown challenges at them, and he knows what he is doing. They have always done a good job. I have recommended them, and I will continue to do so. more
