Interior & Exterior Environment Designs has been great! We've been using them for about a year and a half. They took over for an existing plant company we were using. Their fees are very competitive, and they always provide service with a smile. They come in and take care of things regularly. I haven't had any issues. We explored some options for expanding what we have from them, and their prices and suggestions were very competitive. But due to a transition we were going through, we ended up not going through with the expansion. Now that we're settling into our new location, we will probably review the options again. Patricia has been extremely helpful and willing to accommodate our weird schedules. Interior & Exterior Environment Designs is great to work with, and I would say you should certainly meet with them and get an estimate. Their plants are really good, and I'd be glad to be a reference for their service. They have kept our plants better than anyone else, and they are always quick to replace plants that wilt or aren't doing well. more

I believe Interior & Exterior Environment Designs are contracted by our firm and this is just one location they come in every other week. They take care of the plants we have on site to either replace or spruce them up and provide holiday, like, in December they provide different variations of plants. They're very good, friendly, helpful, and get back to me when I have questions about anything regarding the plants. more

We used to have a different representative from Interior & Exterior Environment Designs who would come out to do the servicing of the plants and general maintenance. Since he left, we have had someone new. Our new representative constantly needs to reminding to come and take care of plants that are dying. He doesn't replace things on his own and when he leaves there are usually still dead leaves on the plants or on the ground. more

Interior & Exterior Environment Designs has put plants in my office and my house too. They do excellent service. They're on time and they have nice plants--very high quality. They clean everything as well. When they come, they are always on time and they don't make a mess. I've been with them for many years, since they started. I've stayed with them because of the service. I know Patricia too, so I know the service I will get. They have grown their business a lot, which means it must be a good service. more

Our business has been using Interior & Exterior Environment Designs for our offices for quite a few years now. The experience has been really good. They visit weekly to water our plants. When they see unhealthy plants, they will replace them with new ones. During the holidays, they will also ask if we want them to bring in poinsettias. They're always on top of things and very proactive in their services. They're all very friendly. When we communicate with them over the phone, they're fast to respond. We would definitely recommend them to others because they get the job done. more

We use Interior & Exterior Environment Designs for our office plant service. They did an inventory of our existing plants and now we pay a monthly charge for them to come in twice a month and maintenance the plants. They cut all the debris off of them and when they are dying they place an order with much more time in advance than needed. They don't even look bad when they replace them. They dust and polish the plants and keep them very nice looking. You can't even tell if they're fake or real. They have high quality customer service and they replace plants with high quality replacements. I'm very pleased with the service and the product they provide. more

Interior & Exterior Environment Designs is a contract planting service we use for an office building here. They're here on a weekly basis pruning, watering, replacing any dead plants around the office, and providing holiday decoration planters during the seasons. We've been with them for maybe five years. Since we changed management, we've kept the majority of our vendors. We have a routine. So we haven't looked at anything else out there. You may want to shop around. Their rates could be a little more competitive, so that's something we might be looking into. more
