Interface Security Systems

I was an employee for Interface Security Systems, the company is a good one it's just the mangement there is not good. I was suspended with out any reason no write up's or anything. The so called Operation Manager Karl, was one of the problems their he has no idea on what's goin on. GM Rex Owens who is very unprofessional about his job he as a complex about Black people he fills that the are a threat to him because he dnt like to b told that he is wrong. GM Rex Owens fired me after a 3 days of be off that he gave me for no reason. And then the same day he suspended me he came riding by my house just like he did the day before. Rex has a problem He told me that he could do what ever wanted to do while he was saying that he was tapping on his skin tellin this because he was white. I feel that I was Fired because I was black man doing his job. And then 3mo. later he fired the only other black service tech for no reason, Rex, Karl are the worst people to work with at this company. Rex has been driving by my house still. He has replaced all his black service tech with with white guys. Who ever what to work with this company beware of the T- REX, AND the SHYTEE Karl the so called operation manager they are a bad combo. more

I have an ademco vista 10SE that was already mounted in my home. The phone needed to be wired up, door sensor replaced, and a radio backup added. These items have now cost me over $480 in instalation charges, with 3 sevice calls to get this done. {one was only required}. I'm mentally and physically disabled. I have only $1,000 a month to live off of. Plus I've been without a car for a year because it needs expensive repairs. This company has set me back over 3 months towards getting my car fixed. They scam their customers for sevice fees, they dont honor their contract or vebal agreements, they put you on hold while you are trying to cancel a false alarm with the police on their way, and any contact my mail needs to be sent by certified mail or they will claim they never received it. What they do is screw up the instalation on purpose so the system malfuctions. They see their deliberate mistakes as your problem.\r I truely regret not looking into customer reviews before signing up for a 3 year contract. My system is still not right. Read the fine print. before you sign up for services. Thought I was agreeing to a one year contract but found out it is 5 years when I tried to switch to a different system. Pros: Sales rep is attenttive until contract is signed. Cons: Sales rep does not disclose all information. more
