Worst

We were there for a pageant and all I can say is never ever stay there! First of all, the bathroom shower had mold growing in the grout. Secondly, there are only 3 elevators and...

Totally disgusted with this hotel and service 6/21/2011

We were there for a pageant and all I can say is never ever stay there! First of all, the bathroom shower had mold growing in the grout. Secondly, there are only 3 elevators and we had to wait for 45 minutes to get one. We stayed for 2 nights and the second night we had a tight deadline for the pageant and went up to the rooms to get ready for the evening gown contest and our key cards did not work. We had to wait 20 minutes to get new ones because they decided to change the code to our room for some odd reason. Check out time is at noon and if you stay past that time, they charge you 50% of a days stay. We called 2 hrs before check out to have a bell hop deliver a luggage cart to haul out 4 large suitcases, 2 dresses, and 6 carry on bags. Needless to say, they never showed up after being told they would be there in half hour. So we ended up waiting 30 minutes for an elevator and could not get on any of them as they were packed. Small but comfortable 5/4/2010

I stayed here using points as a Priorty Club member. It's a convenient location to the Science Museum and to some great restaurants via the skyway. The room I was in was oddly shaped and a little cramped, but I'm not sure if that is how all rooms are. It did have a sleep number bed, though, which was very enjoyable! more

5 Stars!! 2/14/2006

My fiancee I had one night "get-away" (from the kids) at this hotel recently. I booked and got a great deal for 60.00!!The first I notice was that the lobby, very nice looking! The desk staff was friendly and we got a room with a king sized bed. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a nice down comforter. The view overlooking the Mississippi was outstanding!!\r \r We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant (Carousel) at the top of the hotel. Great Food!! more

I had a great stay at the radisson. The rooms were great, room service was prompt and friendly. Great location for downtown St. paul, great if you are going to something at the Excel Center (right down the road, walking distance). Good location, excellent service 7/12/2002

Very nice place to stay. Elevators a bit slow and unable to handle checkout hours. Excellent restaurant on top floor. Try the breakfast buffet/omletes to order. Excellent and very helpful staff. Pros: Parking, Staff helpful, friend Cons: Slow elevators more
