Nicely located hotel in New Orleans. Features valet parking, great dining and service. Stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony. The balcony rooms are nice for a romantic touch but overrated since you're overlooking a parking garage. The rooms are layed with dark furniture and nice amenties.
For business and family travelers, location is perfect since it's directly in the heart of the downtown area but away enough from bourban street so that no "flashing" or gothic ladies will scare your little kids. Parking is fairly expensive, but that's the case for all new orleans hotels, around $25/day. My suggestion is to park in Harrahs' Casino garage. Its free with 30min of playing. Just throw a dollar in a penny machine and play it for half an hour. It's just around the corner from this hotel.
