I've been attending InterActive Fitness for 3 weeks and have noticed I've lost a few inches around my waist and my arms are starting to look more defined. My trainer Matt has put together a diet program for me and really pushes me to accomplish my goals. I feel great after my workouts and am starting to notice a difference in my body. When I started my training I told Matt my goal is to tone my arms and legs and just tighten up all around. I truly feel Matt will help me get to where I want to be. I want to stay healthy and look fit for the new year. more

The trainers here keep you motivated and constantly challenge you. Within the first few weeks your able to perform at levels you never expected to reach in such a short time frame. I've noticed great results from the trainers here, they are constantly coming up with new approaches to routines, changing the way people do their workouts and I think that makes a real difference. more
