I had him come to check the shower heads. He could not fix it. While we were trying to figure out what options we would have, he complained and stated to let plumbers do their job! Since we originally wanted someone to work on other projects, we mentioned that we would want him to look at a few more items. He started complaining about why we wanted to have him look at other items. We never told him in the phone. Eventually, someone actually wanted him to come by and fix the kitchen faucet. He did not want to buy the item and was resigned to go to the hardware store. He took his time and made the excuse that he did not know what they looked like and had to review them. This costs me more than $300 dollars to have him install the faucet when it should have been $70. He stated that the water heater was expensive since the new law took effect. I saw him go to the garage. Why? I now have a problem where there is no hot water in the house. Water is leaking from the garage. He is not to be reliable at all! more

I had a clogged bath tub and slow kitchen sink. Made a call to Integrity Rooter and spoke to owner/operator Will. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and was at my home within an hour on a Saturday! He was able to fix my problem and even charged me $20 less than his qoute becouse the job did not require it! This guy is good. Take it from me, a skeptical firefighter, you will not be disapointed! Pros: Inexpensive, Safe, Trustworthy Cons: There arn't more like him! more

He ran a snake through my bathroom drain (P trap) and he unclogged it alright (now it's under my house) He put a ""hole"" in the ""P"" trap. When he smelled that sewer smell (just as he did and noted to me) he should have investigated further and crawled under the house first before he ran that snake. Then he would have realized this and ran the snake off a run out in the garage instead. This tells me that this man is not a real plumber. Just wants to get $$$ quickly and heads out for that next ""P"" trap that he's going to break. When I found out that in my neighborhood, we had a experienced plumber, I called and talked with him and all these things (I told you) he told me in detail why you shouldn't hire a roto-rooter type, because this is what they typically do.
